Welcome to Strata 97
Welcome to Strata 97. A place, while well known for it's posh settings, it's not the paradise of a few strata above which we won't mention; it is home to quite a few tasteful manses, and a number of very close knit retirement communities. It's also home to one of the most affluent colleges in all of Bastion.
Which brings my reason for our visit here. There are a number of interesting persons which reside in this restricted (BIO - By Invitation Only) strata, including Gary Markhall - adventurer, bard, iconic newsman (retired), along with a few other notables: these are people who, in their hay day, were known for their ability to acquire information and move the powers that be through the things they knew. There are rumors that there may be active intelligencia types who operate from this Strata, though it's never been confirmed.
In any case - if you want to know what's really going on in Bastion, Strata 97 just might be your place. If you can get there. And it will cost. Both access and information. And I don't think these people need money...
Strata 97 is a brainchild which occurred because I needed to name our blog; PoisonedWorld and convenient derivatives were all taken. I thought Strata 97 because of it's really high location on Bastion and my overactive imagination took over.
